1. Purpose and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Boonbox service, provided by LOUREO, S.L. (hereinafter, "Boonbox" or "we"). By creating an account or using the service, the User declares that they have read and accepted them, as well as the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of the service
Boonbox connects to the User's Instagram Business or Creator account and applies automated filtering to incoming direct messages to separate genuine collaboration and invoicing proposals from the noise, notifying the User of the messages it deems relevant.
Boonbox is a filter. Automated filtering may contain errors: it might miss an opportunity or sort a message imprecisely. The User is solely responsible for reviewing their inbox and for the decisions they make. Boonbox does not act as an intermediary, agent, or representative in any collaboration.
3. Registration and account
- To use the service you must be at least 14 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for the confidentiality and use of your account.
- An account is personal; you must not transfer or share it without authorization.
4. Connection with Instagram
The service requires connecting an Instagram Business or Creator account through Meta's official API. By connecting it, you authorize Boonbox to access the data needed (including your direct messages) for the sole purpose of providing the service. Access is read-only: Boonbox does not post or send messages on your behalf.
You can revoke access at any time from your account settings or from Instagram. Boonbox relies on third-party services (Meta/Instagram) and is not responsible for the interruptions, changes, or limitations they may impose.
5. Plans, pricing, and payments
- Free plan: includes 50 analyses, as indicated on the website at any given time.
- Pro plan: recurring payment of 5 €/month, with the features described on the pricing page.
Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize the recurring charge of the corresponding amount until you cancel. Prices may include taxes depending on your location. Meta messaging template fees, where applicable, are unrelated to Boonbox and are borne by the User.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with access maintained until then. Unless the applicable consumer regulations provide otherwise, amounts already paid for periods that have started are non-refundable.
7. Acceptable use
The User agrees not to:
- Use the service for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes third-party rights.
- Attempt to access the systems without authorization, breach their security, or reverse-engineer them.
- Overload the infrastructure or use unauthorized automated means.
- Breach Meta/Instagram's terms of use.
8. Warranties and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boonbox makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will detect every opportunity present in the User's inbox.
Boonbox shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of business opportunities, or loss of revenue arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. In any event, and to the extent permitted by law, Boonbox's total liability towards the User shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the User in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law, including the rights that consumer regulations grant the User when acting as a consumer.
9. Intellectual property
The software, trademark, design, and content of Boonbox are owned by LOUREO, S.L. or its licensors. The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the service in accordance with these Terms. The User's data and messages remain their own property.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if the User breaches these Terms, makes fraudulent use of it, or a legal obligation requires it. The User may stop using the service and delete their account at any time. After termination, we will process your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
11. Modifications
We may modify these Terms for legal, technical, or business reasons. We will publish the current version on this page, indicating the update date. If the changes are substantial, we will endeavor to notify you. Continued use of the service after they take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid (España), without prejudice to the jurisdiction applicable to the User when acting as a consumer. You can contact us at info@boonbox.app.
